At Wowable, we strive to deliver your order safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
- All online orders above the minimum cart value (as displayed at checkout) are eligible for processing
- Average processing time is 1–7 business working days depending on your location
- During special occasions, festive seasons, or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer
- Please note — Day 1 is counted from the business day after placing your order
2. Delivery Time
- After processing, our trusted logistics partners will collect your order from our warehouse
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch, based on your location
- You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched
3. Bulk & retail orders
- For bulk & retail orders enquiries, please contact us directly
- Special pricing and considerable discounts are available for bulk and retail orders
- Full payment is required before bulk order processing begins
- A lead time of 7 working days applies for bulk order processing

4. Freebies & Coupons
- Freebies or discount coupons may be offered based on your order value or specific products
- Freebies and discount coupons cannot be combined
- Only one coupon code can be applied per order — no two codes can be combined
5. Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed and confirmed:
- The delivery address cannot be changed or modified
- Orders are processed immediately and forwarded to our warehouse for packing and shipping
- To avoid logistics and billing issues, we are unable to make any changes after order confirmation
- We kindly request customers to carefully review all shipping details before placing the order
6. Order Cancellations — Domestic Orders
✅ Before Processing
- If you wish to cancel before your order is processed, please contact us immediately
- Cancellation requests are accepted at our discretion before the order is assigned to a courier partner
❌ After Processing
- Once an order has been processed or assigned to a courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or modified
- In rare exceptional cases where a post-processing cancellation is approved, a credit note equivalent to the order value will be issued for future purchases on www.wowable.in
7. Refused Deliveries
- If you choose not to accept your parcel at the time of delivery, please note:
- Once the parcel returns to our warehouse, a credit note will be issued for the order value
- Refunds will not be processed for refused deliveries
- A shipping fee will be applicable for reshipping orders that were refused at the time of delivery — the applicable charge will be communicated by our support team
8. COD Orders
- A shipping fee is collected upfront for COD orders as mentioned at checkout
- This fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances
- A refund of the shipping fee is applicable only in cases of non-delivery caused by a delivery partner error
9. International Shipping
We are happy to serve customers globally. Here is what you need to know for international orders:
Dispatch & Delivery Time:
- International orders are estimated to be delivered within 12–15 working days from the date of dispatch
- You will be kept informed about your order status via email notifications throughout the process
Shipping Charges:
- Standard international shipping charges apply at checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment
- These charges do not include customs duties or import taxes
Custom Duties & Taxes:
- Any customs charges, VAT fees, or import duties imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer
- As the importer, it is your responsibility to comply with your country’s customs regulations
Refusal of International Orders:
- If you refuse to accept an international delivery due to customs charges, the package may be destroyed by the authorities
- In such cases, no refund can be issued
Cancellation of International Orders:
- Once an international order is processed, it cannot be cancelled
- If you wish to cancel before processing, a cancellation fee will apply — the applicable percentage will be communicated by our support team
10. Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us resolve any order discrepancies quickly and effectively, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your order. This helps us address any damage, missing item, or wrong product complaints efficiently.
11. Allergy & Patch Test Advisory
We strongly recommend:
- Performing a patch test before using any of our products
- Reading the full ingredient list carefully for any known allergens
Please note — no exchanges, returns, or refunds will be processed for:
- Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
- Dislike of fragrance or texture
- Color variations in natural products
12. Order Cancellation by Wowable
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Unavailability of stock
- Inaccuracies in product or pricing information
- Any other unforeseen errors
If we are unable to process your order within 45 working days, a full refund will be initiated automatically.
