Our Commitment to You
At Wowable, every order is packed with care. If something goes wrong, we are here to make it right — quickly and fairly. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Returns
- We accept returns only for products damaged in transit
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order
- Returns are accepted only after confirmation from our customer support team
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Self-initiated returns without prior customer support confirmation will not be accepted
2. Refunds
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment source within 5–7 working days
- If you do not receive your refund after 7 working days, please contact your bank first — processing times may vary
- If we are unable to process your order within 45 working days, a full refund will be automatically initiated
- You will be notified via email or phone if any part of your order is cancelled or if we need additional information to process it
3. Order Cancellations
✅ Cancellation Before Processing
- If you request a cancellation within 5 hours of placing your order and it has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method
❌ Cancellation After Processing
- Once your order has been processed, cancellations cannot be accepted
- In rare exceptional cases where a post-processing cancellation is approved, a credit note equivalent to the order value will be issued
- This credit note can be used for future purchases on www.wowable.in
- We strongly encourage customers to review their orders carefully before confirming purchase
4. Cancellation & Return Charges
Please note that applicable charges may apply for the following situations:
- Cancellation of an order after it has been processed
- Return of an order that has already left our warehouse
- COD orders — shipping charges as applicable and mentioned at checkout
Exact charges will be communicated by our customer support team at the time of your request.
5. COD Orders
- A shipping fee is collected upfront for COD orders as mentioned at checkout
- This fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances
- Customers are eligible for a shipping fee refund only in cases of non-delivery caused by a delivery partner error
6. Reward Points Policy
- Reward points used on a cancelled order will not be re-issued
- Coupon codes cannot be combined — only one coupon applicable per order
- A minimum order value is required to redeem reward points — as displayed at checkout
- A maximum percentage of your order value can be redeemed as reward points — as displayed at checkout
- Reward points are not applicable on COD orders
- Reward points are valid for 1 year from the date of earning
7. Important Disclaimer
Wowable will never conduct contests, giveaways, or campaigns offering free products, cash, or prizes via calls or messages. We will never ask for your CVV, PIN, OTP, or passwords. Please do not respond to or share personal information with anyone claiming to represent Wowable in such contexts.
